You can pack a lot of goodness into a packed lunch.

Shop-made options are often high in salt, fat and sugar, so it's better to make your own. It'll also save you money.


Sandwiches

Be inventive. Start with granary or wholemeal bread then add Edam or low fat cream cheese, lean ham, chicken, beef, turkey or fish. Tomato, cucumber or salad will stop your sandwich being dry so you won’t need to add spread or mayonnaise.
