Activities with the Kids

Everyone benefits from regular physical activity, especially children and young people who are still growing and developing. Activities such as swimming, cycling or even kicking a ball in the park are a great, low-cost way of spending time together and letting kids use up excess energy. Encouraging kids to keep active at home, particularly at weekends, is the best way to ensure they get all the daily activity they need. All you need is a little imagination and tons of enthusiasm to take life on, one step at a time.
