Everyone needs quick menu of meals they can make in minutes.

We see TV chefs doing it all the time, and it’s easy when you know how. You just need a bit of planning and a little inspiration. Here are some tips to help you with both.


Stir fry

Quick and very easy to cook, they are a great way to eat vegetables, fish and chicken. You need very little oil, so that helps too. Go for noodles or boiled rice rather than egg-fried rice though.
