Most of us enjoy a drink every now and then.

But many of us don't realise now much we drink. The odd pint after work, or a glass of wine in the bath all adds up. Especially if it becomes a habit.


Have a Break

Try and have at least two days off a week where you don’t drink any alcohol at all. This will give your liver a chance to recover and will help your waist as well.
